1. Initiation

We leverage our premium resource tools to identify top performers and all relevant profiles across both passive and active candidate communities.

4. Outreach

With market-leading tools, data and insights, we launch multi-media outreach campaigns that maximise speed and improve response rates, accelerating the sourcing process and time-to-hire.

5. First Impression

We conduct both pre-screen calls and in-depth video interviews of each viable applicant to gain an in-depth understanding of their experience, network, motivations, salary expectations and other relevant information.

6. Shortlist

On the clients chosen date, the highest-calibre and most relevant candidates are presented in a shortlist, including relevant information and key pull-factors. Further context and feedback on each candidate can be provided upon request.

7. Interviews

We facilitate and organise all interviews from first stages to final, whilst managing expectations, keeping candidates warm, providing feedback and streamlining the entire process. Interview stages are bespoke to each client and psychometric testing can be provided if requested.

8. Negotiation

After final candidate selection, we help to craft a winning offer. We act as a mediator during salary negotiation, discussing each element of compensation package, expectations, and pull-factors necessary to maximise the probability of acceptance.

9. Offer

We communicate transparently with all parties to effectively manage and align expectations, provide counter-offer protection and ensure an exceptionally high close rate on candidate offers.

10. Follow-up

We keep in regular contact with client and candidate throughout onboarding and beyond, delivering comprehensive aftercare and ensuring a strong foundation for lasting partnership.
